I just tried playing PS1 breath of fire 4 using FPSECE 0.96beta on my XDA Zinc. It is simply fantastic! The graphic and sound are very decent and definitely playable. I have not yet try on FF8 as the rom is too big(abt 1.6GB with sound and video).

But where is v96? I see only v95 on the website?
