Finally bought my first PDA phone, HTC Touch. Still lots of things to learn from all the bros here. Trying to read through all the tips and tricks.

Have a question need bros help. How to change the home screen? The display wish i don't like. Clock display took almost half the screen. Weather icons which i don't require.I would like just to put some of the icons that i mainly use, and bottom with all calender with all my appointment. How you all can understand what i trying to say here.

To customize you can look at apps like SPB Pocket Plus, SBSH iLauncher, Resco Explorer or a freeware like claunch. Other apps which will assist you so would be Wisbar Advance/Wisbar Advance Desktop.

the freeware as in cLaunch? no it will not override anything, its a add-on if you wanna put it that way, you can disable the HTC Home from your Settings>Personal>Today>Items or config it to your preference at the HTC Home.

it depends really on what you like you can have a aid programs such as spb shell which is really a good ppc program or a a freeware such as clauncher, baattery status advance, rl today , ifonz, and many more ... if you want to learn more about your device try going to xda developers also a dedicated site for pocketpc and developers
