hi, may i ask how do i stop the message tone from ringing when i've already seen the message. i mean in normal phones, once you press 'show message' or whatever the tone cuts off immediately. But for my o2 zinc, it keeps playing untill the songs finishes eve though i've read the message. advice anyone?

Sorry bro. Can't be done. It'll play till finish no matter what. Only solution is to put a shorter tone

For me I use the Carpenter's Please Mr Postman and the whole song too...haha.

Personally, I use mp3trim to chop my songs up to about 30secs. which is usually enough. But that also depends on the song.

Hope this helps.

Hi zher,

Yes, you need to use a converter to convert it to wav format first, then copy it to your device/window folder.

Then you will be able to select it from the drop down list in your sound setting.
