i came to know this method that makes your SIP responds faster. usually when you download more and more softwares, your SIP responds time tends to lag. i did the following and now it responds much faster

1. open registry editor
2. go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID
3. export the CLSID registry over to your storage card
4. rename existing CLSID to CLSID1
5. export back original CLSID
6. put to standby, wait for 30secs and soft reset

btw, i just leave the CLSID1 there as a precautionary measures.
