i remembered that the old xcom gave me lots of fun and this one certainly gave me countless hours of fun too.

yeah. i know that the ufo afterlight is already out but nothing beats xcom on ppc when ye on the move so go check it out!

OMG... I spent many sleepless nights playing the 1st two XCOM series on DOS platform a long time back.

Ah, the memories. Blaster Launcher rocks. <_<

hehe... glad u guys luv it... but be warned... it's darn difficult... sigh... and the interface can be a bit clunky at times... still... great game!!!

The X-Com games have the notoriety for being insanely difficult - the aliens can win by politics, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Worse is the showstopping feature where if you miss capping certain enemy vessels for research, you can't complete the game ever, because you'll never find the location of Cydonia.

Still, you can't go wrong with a game that puts players in command of the equivalent of the MIB (modders, hint, hint.)

(Did you know the Martians can attack Singapore? Too bad you can't see any landmarks...)
