This is a good tip, if'only i've known earlier. I was charged $250 GPRS charges (for 2 days!) when I first used my Dopod C720W, since it automatically goes into GPRS mode if the Wi-Fi connection is bad or disconnected.
What i've done since is to change the default connection settings in web browser to uncheck "Automatically detect settings"...

The Wi-Fi setting for D810 is different. Can't really follow the guide and do the same for D810. Anyone tried on D810, can help??
