The name of the software is emoze. It's a FREE push email solution for Pocket PC, Symbain, Smartphone and other devices. The installation process is very simple, all you have to do is enter the website and install it according to your device model. emoze is synchronizing the Outlook's Inbox, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks with full support of attachments. does it support lotus notes version 6?

PC must be turn on at all time in order to sync?

emoze do not support Lotus Notes at the moment, but our R&D department are working on it.
As for the PC, it must be turn on in order to use emoze. With emoze PC Connector you don't share your account details with the company.

anyother way to use the emoze service without having PC turned on to pull data / emails to ms outlook. I dont think i will leave my PC on at home to use this service.

How does emoze works?

conceptually, emoze works by having a emoze 'server' software sitting in your pc/desktop/laptop to receive emails on and forward/push to your device which will have the emoze 'client' software running in the background 'listening'' for the push triggers. the exact implementation, you can go read up the details in emoze website.
