if you have always been irritated by the persistent "Bluetooth Handsfree" notification message, which appears the moment your handsfree kit connects to your device, and won't go away resulting in your left soft key inaccessible; Here's the hack that I have worked out and currently in testing.
Before I post the hack, I like to get response that you have this registry when your handsfree is connected

Hi zenkinz,
With my HP6828, the registry only show the following,
before activate bt earpiece,

interesting,
in your case, {99DE7411-772F-43D0-81F0-668336CA651B} is the bluetooth's handsfree notification (for both itech and hbh ds970) I believe. I think it's due to MS BT stack, and it'll be good for other MS stack pda phone user to confirm.

here's the
software to hack the notification bug. currently it only supports WM5 device with widcomm bluetooth stack . MS-stack is unsupported and may not work.
with this hack, you can now use your left soft key even when your bluetooth headset is connected...
