ok guys, this has been posted before...

I've been able to set my o2 atom to inform me my location/service area which most guys who replied to my query on to how to do it, said it was provider-dependent... as again I reiterate its phone-dependent... in my case I've set the cell broadcast info and now my phone informs me my location area promptly...

Not all phones support Cell Broadcast, and not all operators uses cell broadcast too.

On channel 50, only on M1 i receive the messages. For Starhub & Singtel, no messages at all
