Hi, am looking for a reliable organiser + contacts software and zeroed down to SPB Diary and SBSH PocketBreeze.( Incase there's still some i leftout, please advice?) Just to check which one would most of you prefer? I had a headache choosing because both are good. Any pros/cons between them ?

The best is that you try out both and see which one you prefer. Both have their strong and weak points.

This has been discussed at length before.

Does any of the two applications has a desktop version whereby I can key in my appointment in my PC and synchronise the data with my PPC and vice versa? I really miss my palm.

Nope, there isn't. But both applications are working with Outlook database, so using Outlook on the PC to add/edit PIM entries is sufficient.

It costs US$14.95 and a 15-day trial is available. Currently, there is a discount at Pocketgear and the offer price is US$11.95 till 3rd August.

I am using SPB Pocket Plus and have tried both SPB Diary and Pocket Breeze.

I find that SPB Diary Integrates better with SPB Pocket Plus and is faster than PocketBreeze. But, it still depends on Individual cos some feel Pocket breeze is faster.

To save Today space, i integrate SPB Diary into SPB Pocket Plus. If you use Pocket Breeze, you have to integrate SPB Plus into the Pocket Breeze and that is where the slow down occurs.

Every time Pocket Breeze Loads, it takes some time to load SPB Pocket Plus.

If you do not have the above combo, Then I feel either is fine.

Get it from the Spb Software House website...

I tried both and found Pocketbreeze faster and more customizable especially on coloring (e.g. I use it to indicate even priority of appointments).
