Hi guys,

This is a self invent technique to share with AtOmer. he3

you just simply move the screen lock button to the top of the today screen.

after you have set it, then you can simply lock the atom by pressing 'down' and 'the activate button'.

Have Fun!!! smartass.gif

Hi koonii,
how do you shift the lock button....does it work for the Dopod 818pro?
mathiu
go to start > settings > today > select the 'items' tab > select device lock and keep clicking the 'move up' button until its at the top

Thanks koonii! I never thought of that!

I'm using 818p...the screen lock can't be moved to the top if u want the Date. Date can't be moved therefore the screen lock is 2nd from the top. Dopod users need to click 'down' twice and then activate.
koonii
Hi Falcrow,

this is the trade off for the hardware lock to the PPCphone.

you have to turn off the date to just click down once to lock.

Tys for all the above replies.

Hope you all like it . :)

On the Exec, I can't find the Device Lock button in Today Items so this tip is not for the Exec

hi uimmy,

nope, this Device Lock is not found in the Exec at all...its only in Dopod 818 Pro, XDA Atom, Eten M600 devices...

I am still waiting for ScreenGuard to be released in March for WM5.0 devices... grin.gif grin.gif grin.gif
