Almost any technical ebook in CHM format may be found by the following method:
1. Search exact title of a book at http://safari.informit.com/
2. Try to search it by Google: http://www.google.com/search?as_q=rapidshare+chm&num=100
To narrow search results add keywords corresponding to a book you're searching for.
3. But the best way is to search them on p2p networks (I believe that Safari team promote their service on p2p nets: all their books appear on p2p immediately after they are published on Safari).
Then search this book with exact name on p2p networks (you should install eMule from here: http://www.emule-project.net/ ).
4. To read it on Pocket PC use CHM eBook Reader:
