GIGA-BYTE Communications has launched two new models of Windows Mobile Phone, the GSmart MW702 & MS802 . What is interesting about them is that they come with a unique new touch interface called Touch II. You can check out the interesting features of this new Touch II interface developed by Gigabytes itself here. It is different from SPB or TouchFlo's.

Great UI but I still prefer the sleekier look of the TOUCH PRO sneaky.gif

From the referenced link ......"with superior and streamline design, and also all features and specifications that meets the needs of its target group"

The above is obviously from Gigabyte themselves. The target group should all buy 2 year old Dopod D810s because that is all the specs of these new devices are!
Sorry but who are these people who want 64Mb RAM, QVGA and USB1.0?

Anyway,
Interesting interface. It will run well on a 520Mhz processor and QVGA. Of course those programs that have to install on the memory card due to the 64mb RAM won't run as well!
The flash interface just makes the phone mutton dressed up an lamb!

The Gigabyte GSmart MS808 due in October
- 128mb RAM
- faster processor
- VGA
- USB2.0
The models above will have to be cheap to sell

Note that the MS808 is still wider than my D810 with same size screen. grin.gif
