Lets hope it is a very even battle to the death and then we can focus on practical sized phones.

if only there are more different angle shots such as both place on desk and a shot of its thickness and comparison on all its 4 sides.
Looks kind sleek with a 3.8inch screen, great job from HTC I must say for now...
If only a tv tuner and a xenon flash, it will complete my dreams haha

The Touch HD beats the iPhone hands down in all counts. I am glad that HTC did a good job at making both the hardware and the touch Flo 3D portion.

Oh ok, thanks. I all along thought multi touch was a hardware issue.

Does anyone know if the 4 buttons at the bottom of the HD are touch sensitive?
(like the Samsung U700, U600, LG Chocolate etc)
Or are they like the press & click buttons on the Diamond?
IMHO touch sensitive buttons make the phone unusable.

OK, just checked the HTC website, and found the answer:
Touch-sensitive front panel buttons I'm no longer interested in the Touch HD, what a disapointment.

I've still got my Diamond.

I read that the HD is multi-touch. It is true that WM7 will be full support for multi-touch but from what I have seen the HD has provided some multitouch UI features in its own software.

I had 2 friends with Samsung phones with touch buttons and both of them sold them within 2 months.
Maybe on a touchscreen device not so bad though
