Does anybody know a website where I can find and OEM LCD screen for my omnia, cracked it earlier, is it hard to do it yourself because all I see are four screws??

Your warranty will be void. Should send to service centre have them for the replacement.

Is cracked screen cover under warranty?
if there's obvious physical damage, it's not likely to be covered under warranty. however, if there's any leak or display problem w/o any physical damage, it can be argued as factory defect and thus covered by warranty.

do u know a website cuz I don't care how much it cost and I dont think there's's a service center here in CA, thanks for all the input guys!!
i replace the middle pieces and LCD cause around 120plus.
saw the price when the ask me to sign though my is under warranty.

Where did u get it replace, I'm from the United States in CA so I don't think there is a samsung service center here ='(
