Weird that Expansys is using the wrong image for the batteries? The images show the battery used for HTC TyTN II.

I think you missed out the official HTC external battery charger... Anyway don't bother with expansys UK prices, email or MSN HK side and they will quote you a better price. Already ordered the charger, cables, and a spare battery which is much cheaper than SG asking price of 99.

rang HTC just now. I went to expansys to check the model of the wire adaptor with mic for 3.5mm model is U110 and the wired remote is E100.
THen i rang htc up. Told don't have those model accessories. How come? Different?

Then where to look for it? else get those cheapo usb to 3.5mm adaptor?

You might want to email them instead. I got different answers from their help centre and their email regarding the battery charger.

USB cradle + 2nd battery charger!

That is precisely what I am looking for! The price is very nice. I got such a cradle for my TyTN II from them the other time. Now, if only there is a battery cheaper than the price Expansys is offering.

Unfortunately Expansys is cheaper than what Singapore intends to sell the battery for...

I'm thinking of waiting for Brando Workshop or Boxwave or Mugen to start selling battery for Touch Pro. The price of the battery for Touch Diamond looks very attractive over at Brando Workshop.

I have no confidence in 3rd party batteries from Brando... Owned one for 6 months and the battery life went down like crazy really fast. Bought back the original battery and it was still able to last after 8 months. Gonna stick with originals now.

As for me, not gonna get the cradle, gonna wait for the HTC S100 to arrive.

I meant S300. S300 is a official accessory from HTC to charger Diamond/Touch Pro batteries.

Personally, I would not go for third party battery, however for others electronic accessories such as charging cable/adapter/cradle, there are just simple electronic circuits so I would not be so anal against

but who knows, maybe by the time I got my Touch Pro, HTC S300 may be out by then

I just bought htc original sync cable at htc service centre at $28.30.. :( same cable for diamond touch.

I think I'll check with HTC regarding the battery availability/pricing when I make my trip to HTC Care, which will probably be this week. If Expansys is offering close to $90 and HTC is offering close to $99, then it may be more worthwhile to get direct from HTC since there are no shipping charges in the equation.

Well, I placed an order for the Brando cradle w/2nd battery charger. Hand too itchy already.

It's an unfortunate addiction. Imagine my pain when I walked down IT shops only to see a million iPhone 3G accessories and not even a single thing for the Touch Pro or Diamond even.

Why? I got MF from DOML but not sure what is the hype about. I bought it because I didn't want to go through hassle of shopping every shop in SLS.

nah.. MF can be easily scratched also.. its basically the same as some protector.. Its just that you gotta know which brand and whether the vendor is willing to put on for you.

Made a trip to HTC Care this afternoon to send in my TyTN II for repair and found some accessories....

1) 1340mAh battery: $94.20
2) Battery & Unit Charger (with USB cable): $94.20 (photo)
3) Generic Cradle: $117.70 (photo)

I have bought the battery and will be ordering Brando Workshop's USB cradle to go along.

P.S: All the photos were taken using my Touch Pro. Forgive my poor photography. Nevertheless, the quality is much better than TyTN II already.

What's the difference between the 1) Battery & Unit Charger (with USB cable)
and the 2) Generic Cradle?

Generic cradle means it can fit most HTC devices, which may also mean it is a loose fit in most cases. And it does not come with battery charging slot.

As for the charger, the design doesn't even look like it is a sync cradle.
