Is it a TSK file that u have downloaded? Actually u can just place it in your Storaga Card and you should be able to detect the TSK file from your Today's setting...

For themes you can always check out PocketPCThemes...

You can achieve those nice nice icons and all by using apps like Wisbar Advance/Wisbar Advance Desktop from Lakeridge Software or SPB Mobile Shell Spb Mobile Shell from Spb Software House...

I encountered this before myself too so I'm happy to help u out =)

Use an explorer like 'RESCO Explorer' and navigate to the Windows folder or whichever folder u copied your themes in your omnia. Path for Windows folder in WM shd be something like '\device\windows\' .

Then search for the background picture files that came with your theme. Usually filename begins with something like 'default_xxxxxxxx.gif'.

In the resco explorer or another other 3rd party explorer, tap and hold onto the background files until it pops up the context menu. Click on the 'Properties' option. Check the 'System file' option within the Properties option of the graphics and your WM OS in omnia will be able to associate the background graphics files to your theme!

Try it out =)
